Just thought I'd throw that one out there in case anyone is looking for the answer that I finally found on their tech forums...
"Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately at this time we have a known issue with HR34 models. Interactive functions for NFL applications only that require you to press the red button such as player tracker are not working. We do not have an ETA as to when this will be resolved and again apologize for the i nconvenience ."
Jeez, it's like the HR34 just came out yesterday. It's probably a good idea to print that somewhere on the web pages where they're trying to sell the package considering the HR34 is suppose to be the flagship DVR?
