just not a Vacation destination of mine
for 11mil would have 4 and still have enough left to pay taxes for 20 years and time spent there etc etc lol

Not to speak of the cost of any house I find vastly overpriced, but you might be missing out by dismissing Georgia as a vacation destination. Tells me that you know very little about it. They have much to offer, and a wide diversity.

been to Atlanta lots to do there.... but did that been there thing not going back
went by Savannah as fast as i could on the 95 many times the smell is bad there
don't hunt or fish
if i had 11 mil never post here again..... would be way to busy Europe,Australia........

Rayburn County, where the Saban house is, is beutiful.

It's up in the North Georgia mountains, and is right on Lake Burton. If you love the outdoors, it's a great place.

Plus it's nowhere near Atlanta, which is a plus in itself
