no install

No install yesterday. REALLY upset with installer. Said he would not install over aluminum roof. Main office had said ok over metal roof. Have had satellite before on this roof and dish still up. Currently have Comcast but wanted Voom.

I would call VOOM and Installs Inc. and double-check on this policy. Perhaps they can send another installer...

I deal with voom installation issues for voom. I dont see why we would have any problems with that. Just give us a call and we can figure anything out for you. If anything try to get ahold of bjorn (beeyourn) or mario they could really work it for you. and followup on it to make sure it gets done. call us at 1800 get voom

With all due respect you just answered posts from 12-17-04 and today is 1-3-04. I would hope VOOM has resolved the problem already.
