No sound on the ESPN app

I did a search and couldn't find anything about this. When I hit the red button to access the ESPN app, I get picture but no sound. I tried switching between my TV speakers and my sound bar with no success.

I Googled it and found this to be an issue with no solution that works for me.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

You have to turn off dolby digital to make it work, at least that's what I have to do.
