No Sound

I don't have sound on any of the Encore channels. Other channels sound fine, these are just silent. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm recording at the moment so I can't reset my Hopper to see if it's on the fritz...

After resetting the Hopper the sound came back.

It looks like this is going to be an ongoing problem. I have version 217 of the software and I still have channels with no sound until I reboot the hopper.

This is happened three times so far so I think it's something in the software. It never happens on network or subscription channels, only on minor ones. Has anyone else seen this?
