Not getting the 5.1 dolby digital always

I haven't seen anyone complain ting about this.

I have to switch channels many times till finally the Dolby signal activate my decoder.
Anyone have this problem?

Mine works great. Not all items in HD are 5.1 though, many are 2 channel. On the Voom exclusives my receiver always has the 5.1 setting activated.

My 5.1 decoder gets activated on most voom exclusives. BravoHD almost always has 5.1. But most of the movie channel HD's, only broadcast 2 channel, and all the sd channels are only 2 channel.
