Old BUD found pointed north

I love the winter for dish spotting. Here's a photo of an old commercial BUD that looks pretty sad now. I think it's sibling is gone, but the post remains in it's memory. Now occupied by a bunch of little dishes.

This setup has a H-H motor with monster size gears in it exposed to the elements. I bet pretty expensive 25 years ago.

I see alot of C band dishes around me on top of bars. Most of them have panels bent or mesh missing. I was looking at one today that the mesh was half torn out of in two panels and the wires were cut. If I needed another c band dish (that I don't) I wouldn't want to take on trying to fix some of the dogs. Always thought about the feedhorns & lnb's but figure it ain't worth the hassle to get something that may be shot.
