Organizing cables

I'm not sure exactly where to post this question so sorry if this is the wrong spot, but in case it isn't the wrong spot...

I want to run my DTV cable from the dish outside through the window and along the baseboard to the receiver on the opposite wall. The problem is that I can't find cable clips that fit the double cable used for connection from the satellite to the receiver. I would like to nail or screw the cable clips to the wall, but an adhesive or something would be ok too. Does anyone have any recommendations for me please?

Something like this should do the trick. Look for them on eBay or online stores.

You're welcome. You can find them in white too but I noticed that after a couple of years under the sun, they begin to break. I always go with the black ones.

How about the local Hardware store or Lowes or Home Depot or Menards.

I bought the single clips from Lowes. I would imagine they have double clips as well.

Yeah I spent more than enough time at Home Depot and Lowes and I had plenty of help finding things that wouldn't work.
The ones on EBAY will work fine.

Did you try Fastenall Company ?

Maybe using Wiremold would make this install less visible?
