I take all kinds of herbal supplements for my health and my Doctor always tells me I just have expensive pee. But my test results all come back great and in range and I am 64.
Just like my testosterone, I learned how to keep my numbers up by taking Clomid 25mg once a week and my Herbal Supplement AlphaViril from HFL twice a day on weekdays. This stuff supports free and total testosterone and gives you good stuff the male body needs to be healthy.
The Clomid tricks your body into making more of its own testosterone by binding to the estrogen receptors in your brain, which prevents the body's own "thermostat" from realizing enough sex hormones are already circulating . (My labs at the end of June were 714 out of 916 possible total testosterone and 14 out of 18.1 of Free Testosterone.)
Also taking a estrogen blocker Arimidrol that prevents the conversion of testosterone into estradiol or estrogen and CDG-DIM that cleans out any estrogen in my system from recirculating in my blood. Keeps my estradiaol numbers low and my testosterone numbers higher. He was amazed at my numbers and he was the one that recommended exogenous Testosterone with TRT that would kill my body's ability to make its own testosterone and your nuts would atrophy from lack of use.
He also wanted to put me on blood pressure medicine because I have "White coat syndrome". My numbers spike in the doctors office but not on my home machine that I keep the readings on my app on my phone. I take an herbal blood pressure supplement and garlic supplements and my numbers run 105 over 69 with 83 beats per minute. I also do 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and lift weights three times a week. So he just reads my readings on my app and it goes back to last December and counting.
My only problem is getting my total weight down to my goal weight: would be 195. I have been stuck between 216 and 220 for a while. But I did lose 10 pounds over the summer.
My main goal is to NOT get on prescription medicine if I can help it and stay as healthy as possible to prevent problems that come with age. Which pisses off my doctor because he can't prescribe any pharmacuticals that he gets a kick back on.
