Pandora not working properly

When Pandora opens, it skips through about twenty songs in ten seconds (with no audio) then quits and message EA 531 comes on the screen. If " Cancel" is pushed before it quits, then it will start up normally the next time it is started. If "Cancel" is not pushed, it is an endless cycle of 20 song titles and quitting. This happens on both of our Hopper 2000's with S428.

Message EA531: "The service provider required to perform your request is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

I'm in process of asking a hopper expert from corporate about this. My mother inlaw and I are having the exact same problems as you.

Since Pandora is now working properly and there has been no Dish software update, can we assume that Pandora fixed this issue on their end? Great if they did. Thanks.
