I have had Dish in two markets (Flint, MI and Bowling Green, KY) within the last year and have had this issue with locals in both areas on different channels. I had to watch college football / basketball games on the OTA channels because the pixelating was so bad. It doesn't happen all of the time but enough that it is very annoying to say the least. No, not a cloud in the sky.
Are you talking Mini Led or just what, a lot of new stuff doing very well.what's your thoughts on these new sets??? could you see yourself buying another OLED. i think the PQ is as good as OLED but with the brightness.. it just makes everything look awesome
. and no burn in issues
Doesn't have to be Cloudy to be weather effected. No, not a cloud in the sky.
the micro LED'S are doing amazing OLED image with the brightness!!! i am thinking mini and micro and QLEDS are the new cream of the crop!!!Are you talking Mini Led or just what, a lot of new stuff doing very well.

Warm or Cold or humid or a lot of things can cause an LNB to be bad.
Obviously, you don't think it's what I have to say .... Why haven't you called a Dish Rep out to fix it ?70 degrees not humid.
Called them to fix another problem a while back, didn't fix it then. I figure they wouldn't find aything wrong.Obviously, you don't think it's what I have to say .... Why haven't you called a Dish Rep out to fix it ?
I recently moved from a 65 inch TV to an 85 inch TV and when I ordered the TV I was fearful of how DISH would look at 85 inches.
Well let me tell you how surprised I was and how good DISH looks on the 85 inch tv. The MPEG 4 encoders have comes a long way over the years and they are able to deliver all these stations looking very good.
People don't know this but DISH is constantly updating and upgrading their encoders to keep giving us a better picture, I know they are not happy saying it looks good enough and always want it to look better.
Or you were setting up a newer better TV with better Processing in it ....Last month I was setting up a new TV in the second room we watch TV in. Even though we watch through DISH often sometimes you don't realize how good the picture is.
While setting up the new TV I had the local Fox channel on, came back into the room to finish and thought I was on the TIVO input by mistake, which of course gets the signal OTA. Well I was on the DISH input and the SAT OTA picture was every bit as good as OTA on Tivo. Compared the TV input and the same, DISH was virtually as good as watching direct OTA on the TV.
Many years ago I posted that when I compared OTA direct to the TV and DISH it was very close IMO even then. Now it does seem like DISH has improved the encoders more.
along with AIOr you were setting up a newer better TV with better Processing in it ....
Just saying ...
Would that explain the misspellings and the imaginary life it has?Maybe JOHN is AI…
