Popping sound returns

Back in March or April I had an issue with a popping sound coming from cartoon network on an h21 and it disapeared a week after the h21 was replaced with an h20 but it did continue for a week on the h20, well now its back again and Im wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

If you are HDMI connected from the receiver directly to a 2chnl device (like a TV) make sure DD is turned off. I have tested my bedroom setup (DBS to TV) and have no popping at all of this or any other chnl.

DD is off and has been since I tried to remedy the three levels of sound on the locals in hd.

i was getting some popping last night on cartoon network and my local cbs and nbc stations. never happened before. last time i heard this sound was when E had just launched cartoon network. hopefully today it's gone.
