Premium plus expansion slot

Has anyone looked closely at the explansion slot for a second tuner card inside their premium plus and any idea of it is proprietary or PCIe?

I am not certain. Take a look at the pix I took of the tuners for the Prem and the Prem +. Note the card for the + on the left and its PC connector. Can you tell from this?

thanks for the pics. as best as I can tell, it looks like a reversed PCIe slot although it may be that just mechanically and not electrically. Based on those pics, I'd say its proprietary.

Not sure what you are thinking but I was thinking if it was a standard PCIe slot, you could plug in an ATSC or DVB card of your choosing, load the linux driver and voila instant second tuner under Enigma2. After looking at the pictures posted, it doesn't look like thats an option.
