I was a Directv customer 10 yrs ago and cancelled when I moved. Will Directv still have my account info on file? I am thinking of getting Directv again. Is it possible to reactivate my old account or will they just start a new account and consider me a new customer and get the current promotions?

I was a directv customer a year ago and they did re-activated my account with new customer promotion.
