Primestar LNB- which switch to use

I have a older Primestar LNB with one each output, (V) and (H).
I plan to use this LNB with a motor. I understand I should connect the LNB to the motor and then the motor to the receiver.
My question is do I use a DISEqC switch or a multiswitch to combine the two outputs from the LNB to the motor.
Consulting the "Switch setups simplified" area, I think it it calls for a multiswitch in this case and I want to be sure.

Sounds like you've got the idea....

I was planning on using a 3x4 for my Starband when I can get another single-polarity to put where the transmitter was for the other polarity.

As long as it has 13v for one port, 18v for the other

Either a 3x4, a 4x4, a 5x8 will work but a 3x4 will probably be cheapest.
Some have made reference to a 2x2 switch made specifically for your setup, but I haven't found one to date online.

a multiswitch would work the easiest as noted above

Some have made reference to a 2x2 switch made specifically for your setup, but I haven't found one to date online.

the only 2x2 switch I've seen was for Starchoice (Canadian satellite company) but that is designed for stacked LNB's and the P* LNB is unstacked
