Scott,
When ever I try to open a certain backroom thread only part of it will download and I then get cut off from the site on all devices for several minutes. I am including a traceroute so you can see where I get cutoff at.

I am having trouble accessing it as well from one of our ISP's (the other ISP is working fine) looks like the problem is right outside our ISP.

I'm still having this problem. I have to wait about 30 minutes before it will let me view these threads. It's almost like IP addresses are being blocked. Everywhere else is fine if I don't go to the backroom first.

Not saying this is why, but I have observed my AT&T U-verse router locking down my network connection when it has determined some device in my LAN has exhibited "SPAM-like" behavior. Usually this has been caused when my son or one of his friends surfed to some oddball site on their phone. I've had to reboot the 2-Wire router to fix this condition, after which it seems to think my traffic was okay-fine.

Your ISP may be monitoring traffic for "suspicious" activity and blocking further access for some specific time.

I have been observing a temporary outage between 2AM and 2:30AM ET for about 10-15 minutes every day. I get a 502 Gateway time out notice after awhile. Just had one when the site just came back at 2:30AM

This has been happening since May, and I see it if I'm here. Just thought I'd mention it as I thought it was just maintenance.

Sometimes even longer than 15 minutes but same here. I mentioned it in this reply, when the site went down it posted my reply.
The site went down as I was typing and it posted that without me finishing! Lol...
Now I see it is there..

happened again tonight
Like Scott said earlier I think this is something outside of our control. I will mention to him to look deeper again.
There was an issue with Lifetime Supporters not having any access, but I fixed that last week.
In fact I will just tag Scott Greczkowski right here so he will see this.

I have seen this and its nothing on out side. That forum is setup just as a regular forum, there are no differences in its settings over the rest of the settings.

On the old software we had that forum password protected but with this software it does not support that feature so again just a regular forum.

Make sure you wife didn't put something on your computer to keep you away from things like that. :D

Went down at 2:22 AM Got the 502 error. Back up at 2:30AM. It's like clockwork, every morning. Must be some sort of maintenance on a timer that reboots the main access.

I checked all the cron times and can not find anything that runs at that time (or around that time)

Out backup happens at 4:15 am.

So still looking for clues on why its happening. (I am sleeping then and have not seen it myself) :D

I can verify that is does happen. Once in a while I am up that late, and every time sometime after 2am it goes out.
So I'm like I should be in bed anyway. :D

Scott- I verified the outage happens with my Comcast ISP and my Verizon LTE on the iphone, plus it only affects Satelliteguys, not several other web sites I log into. So I feel it is not local to my ISP's

Yesterday Morning at the usual time connection was lost when I tried to get back in about 15 minutes later I got;
Site temporarily unavailable (451 error)
This site is currently unavailable

If you are the owner of this site, please contact us at 1?480?624?2500 at your earliest convenience.

I recognized the general number it is from the area we go to often outside Phoenix/Scottsdale

Sunday AM 2:19AM the site went dark again but only lasted for 4 minutes. Scott- this is like clock work. I never got that 451 error or a phone number to call.

I experience the same thing at 11:15PM or so PT every night, it's been happening for as long as I can remember. I just get a general timeout error and ten minutes later it's fine.
