Problems with IA13 Freq

Two months ago they change the a Freq (SR) to

4057 V 22425-3/4 2-1

and it was

4058 V 22425

On 4058V was looking good but after they change to 4057 V no image no sound
no signal I mean but I realize in some cases that the channels are avaliable but I need the smart Freq receiver any one can tell me whats the good SR info
the channel I want to watch is OBN (USA),Sorpresa,Q TV Network and are under 4057 V 22425-3/4 2-1 this info is from www.lyngsat.com this Freq are in C-band

changing the frequency by 1 probably didnt do anything. Each LNB can be off by 1 or two

I don't have C-Band so I can't check....hopefully someone with C-band can help ya out
