does this box do QPSK/MPEG4 SD and HD ? Does it have build in Dolby decoding ? to how many audio outputs ? The 4:2:2 is cool...

is there somewhere you can order it in NA ?

No MPEG4 or DVB-S2
It does SD & HD in both 4:2:0 & 4:2:2
For video it has DVI, Componant, and Composite - It also has 2 SCART Connections(European style connections)
For sound it has Built-In Dolby Decoder, Optical and R/L connections.

Hard to find sometimes, except I happen to have one for sale, it's listed in the SatGuys Classified section....

to clarify, it doesn't do Dolby E and the 4:2:2 HD has a green line going through the video towards the bottom of the screen.

Power supply failures/issues are common with the receiver and it is not made anymore so you'll have to find it on the used market.
