Question about DVR service Fees.

I went online today and changed around my programming package (was surprised it let me be able to do online,didnt before)anyway I went from AT200 to the 250 and dropped Platinium(I never watch any of those channels).Was still able to stay on HD for life,but noticed since changing programming I am not being charged a separate DVR fee.Is this a mistake or somehow included in the package.Wasnt able to find an answer and chat had a long wait today.

The DVR fee does not show up in your programming review. It will on your bill/statement.
