Im wondering what is the longest possible run of coax from the dish to the receiver that will work properly for FTA ?
By Properly I mean a clear strong signal transmissiondefine "properly"
I could use a 1000 foot run if all I wanted was one channel that is very strong (example is GBN On AMC6...I can get that with a 18" dish) but would it work for a weak channel? Probably not
250 feet would probably be the max on RG6 before you need to go to RG11....how long of a run ya looking at?
