Ok I am helping my nephew in his job search - can someone tell me if Mastec hires directly or are they contract only - and if they are contract only will my nephew need his own tools - he would be applying for a home theater installers position. If he does need his own tools what would he need. This kid needs to a job! Any insight would be appreciated!
