Radio.com application on dish music app not working right now

Good evening my friends the radio.com application on the dish music whole home app is not working right now.first it asks for your location done.second it says your location will not work in this country it should work because I live in the United States of America l need help my friends. Also what is going on to get my favorite application added to the dish whole home music application.tunein any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Radio.com has many problems, they made a mistake pulling their stations from Iheart and Tunein. It is very finicky on Alexa too.b WEEI lost a chunk of listeners online when they started their own app.

Specifically your question, Radio.com is more picky on knowing your location than some other apps. From my experience in other applications the problem is likely because the path from the Hopper to your Router IP is not being exposed to the app.
If you use a VPN that too can be a problem for Radio.com.
