Red Green Yellow Blue Buttons Sequence on Remote

Hi guys,

I looked everywhere and couldn't find it....sorry for a repeat question on a common procedure. What is the correct sequence to press the red, green, yellow and blue buttons on my remote to clear things up and speed up the response time?
