I was just wondering how late is it for someone to use a referral?

30 days for most, but really up to the supervisor to decide whether to allow it or not, when you call in. I forgot about it when I signed up, so told my brother about it, and sent him the info, but have not seen anything on my first bill I just got. I may have to remind him again about it.

You can add it to the time of activation. After the account is activated, you cannot add a referal
