relocating

Closer to reality, a house in my in-Laws' neighborhood is just under 10,000 sq.ft. and sold for just under $1,000,000. It has a nice lake view, too.
And you'd have $31 million to insulate you from future DishNetwork price increases… :devilish
here's what that gets you in my area   :what :what

Yeah, considering that in California they start at 1% of the sales price. That means if you paid $40,000,000 for the property your annual tax begins at $400,000 plus other added bonds and such.
always have found it entertaining when people DON'T realize how much it costs out here!!! most have a stroke :coco:shh :biggrin.. Dont even get me going on taxes last time i paid em it was over 400k :wtf

As we said after our California trip six years ago (we broke it, sorry) "It's a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there."
we said the same thing!!! i don't think we would even visit anymore to many loons lol looks like a cess pool.. the califorina dream is done!!! while it was a fun ride!!! i'm not going to bother to renew my real estate license.. i retired!!!

Yes the two Hopper 3 can view the recording on the other H3. Yes the H3 with the plus will have the android interface and the one without will have the standard H3 interface.
Yes the Joey 4 has the android built in so it doesn't actually need the plus to use.
Yes the H3 and Joey 4 support and display 4k and HDR.
Thanks for the response. Can anyone answer the rest of the questions?

And the fee for that is????

;)

After our last visit to CA- we decided it was our LAST visit to CA (us too). Too many homeless blocking too many sidewalks.
$450.00 i would have to take plus i would need to take 45 hours of courses. and the $450.00 is because i have my brokers license as well

I figured they would try to charge you for NOT renewing!
Nope!!!! they had a house out here for 500 million to bad it had so many flaws it lost alot of value!!! i would have love to took home the commission on that puppy :biggrin. Though with my luck i would have had a heart attack and had no place to spend it:biggrin:wtf:eek:. After talking with a few people hollywood is dead. It's cheaper to fly and entire film crew and all of the equipment to a third world country and film there!!!

No one could "be with DiSH for >30 years". Service inception occurred in 1996.
Sorry, I was off a year. I have been with Dish network since they started
Can you list your remaining questions? I've been really busy last several days, maybe I can help. Thanks n0qcu for helping out.
I currently have 5 Hoppers with Sling with Dual OTA tuners. 4 hoppers are currently working. A Hopper Plus on one Hopper with Sling and a Super Joey setup.
I'm looking to possibly upgrade to 3 Hopper 3's , Keep the Hopper Plus, Keep the OTA tuners, and then add 2 Joey 4's for my potential setup.
With a family of 5 we record and watch alot of TV. We need the DVR function the most. With this setup I would lose a DVR but maybe I can add External hard drives to make up the difference?
Correct me if Im wrong but I don't believe Dish will not let us have 4 Hopper 3's to have an even swap? Or maybe I can?
My questions are do I need to upgrade my Dish, LNB, Nodes, or Switches to add the Hopper 3's and Joey 4's or can I use my existing equipment and just swap out all the boxes? Will The OTA tuners work with the Hopper 3's?
I'm currently aimed at 110, 119, and the former 129. I have one leased Hopper with Sling and a Leased Super Joey. Everything else I own.
All my Tv's are now all 4K Tv's. Will I notice a difference in picture quality? I think I can save on one DVR fee? Is this worth it? Will I notice the speed difference in the receivers? Any other positives I forgot? Any help I can get would be appreciated!

Why do you want 3 hopper 3's.. you can lease the first box then the other two would need to be purchased there 270.00 on solid signal plus shipping. Plus you will need special permission from dish for the third hopper!!! Why not one hopper 3 one ota dongle and the rest Joey 4's. The hopper 3 is more than powerful enough to run a home with no issues!!! When buying the cost can add up real fast!!! 3 hoppers would increase your bill by 45.00 more a month plus taxes
