Remote DVR without internet......

Well I just found out today That a Internet connection is not required on the R and HR receivers to "Remote DVR" from your Computer.

I also thought only HR were able to do this, But that appears not true.

I was able to do a record from my computer to my R15 and R16 both of which are not connected to the internet or a phone line.

Now if they could make it where I can see what's on my DVR (timers, recordings, etc). Much like E* has.

Any D* Tivo that was a series two aka had a RID. Has to be running software 6.3/6.4 I dont remember the exact software revision but it has to be the last release we had for them. They would show up in the DVR scheduler online.
