Hello, I need some help on programming a remote for my neighbor.
He has the following:
DirecTV - H25
Remote- RC65
TV - Samsung UN65MU630D
Sound Bar - Yamaha ATS-1060
I have tried to use SEVERAL remote codes on the RC65 by sliding the selector to TV and pressing mute and Select at the same time; then entering the codes (10812) that were shown on screen as well as online. The remote WILL NOT control the volume on the TV.
I have even brought a brand new RC73 from my house to see if I could use it to control the TV. Still no joy.
The DTV receiver is connected directly to HDMI 1 on the TV and then the sound bar is connected to the TV using a TOSLINK connector.
What the heck am I missing?!?!?!?
