You won't, domestic BBC channels are only available on two satellites, which, funnily enough, have footprints over the UK. Some domestic BBC programming is available via BFBS and is encrypted ....but I'm not aware of any package that will open them (mods please delete that comment if it's not allowed).

You mean Eutelsat 10A?
