anyone know what the new model number for the learning remotes is for the backlit rf remote? i know it used to be rc64rb i believe.

I can confirm that they no longer package remotes with receivers. I got 2 HD and 2 HD DVR receivers recently, the DVRs did not have remotes with them. The HDs did have IR remotes. When I activated one of the DVRs, I asked the CSR about it, she confirmed they no longer give remotes away. I think she quoted me $15 for an IR, $25 for an RF. I told her I just bought a new RF remote from ebay for $8, shipped. She was also surprised that remotes came with the HD receivers. In fact, the HDs came with a remote, phone cord, HDMI cord and complete extended RCA set. So, I guess we're on our own now.
