RG6 & Ground

I saw some RG6 that has the small ground wire attached to it. Im gonna try to do my OTA antenna this weekend. I will be using a grounding block for my cable wire and grounding it to and new grounding rod and to my main ground(using #6 copper) as well as my OTA mast, do I also need that type of RG6 or will "normal" do.

I would use it if you have it. Do it right first time and it should last for years! Good luck up there : )
