RSN confusion again?

RSN for the most part are not FULL TIME HD correct?

For example, I have FSN Northwest in my region. Channels 650/651 show on the guide as FSN Northwest. I have no idea why Channel 650 is on the grid because there is nothing ever there-blank!

And channel 651 is Standard Broadcast, never HD. The only HD I get from FSN Northwest is Mariners games when they play at home.

Is this all correct or can someone clarify my situation a bit more?

650 is an alternate channel for FSN Northwest.If a game is blacked out on 651,,Sometimes it might be on 650. Has Nothing to do with HD.

You are correct, MOST RSN's are not full time HD, Fulltime yes, but not HD.
Normally you will find your FSN HD on 96 or 97.
