So, if I don't channel surf (haha, "if"...I never do), and my last 4 viewing actions were DVR events, then the recall list would have all DVR events listed, or only the last one?

It has a very long memory. You HAVE to switch channels at some point... It sounds like it only shows (1) DVR event no matter what.

Only the last DVR show watched. Populate the recall list with 4 channels, then watch 4 DVR shows, 4 channels show while watching the DVR, recall or switch back to a channel and the DVR recording and the last 3 channels watched are in the recall list.

I might be mistaken but I believe that "TV Enhancements" has always been available on my 2 Hoppers with Sling.

Yep my Hoppers w/Sling had the option but my Hopper 2000s didn't have it until they got S244 last night.

The PrimeTime Anytime does not need to be enabled to use this feature.
For example if lets say your recording a show on fox and ABC both from 2:00-3:00 it will record them both on the same tuner. Basically you can record all the major 4 networks at "anytime" and at the same time only using one tuner.

Quite the cunundrum:) Should I continue with PTAT enabled and continue to monitor and save as necessary, or just disable PTAT and DVR the network shows I know I want right to "my recordings"? I'm leaning towards the latter. If I do choose the DVR route, I'm wondering if you could use the seek option for shows not currently in the EPG. If you choose "new only" and 'HD only" with no time buffers it should basically force the recording to the "4 networks anytime" tuner. Any thoughts?

Just got home and checked my hopper. I'm still on S238. Does this get rolled out incrimentally? My HWS does have S308.

That's an interesting option. That would free up the PTAT tuner when there's nothing on and recording that I watch. If you decide to try it that way, report back in a week or so and let me know how it's going.

Wow, this upgrade really helped me. Skip back takes me sometimes to the beginning of my DVR recording and my caller ID still works intermittently. I just deal with it. Other than those issues, still like the darn thing.

Hopper Name

What is up with Fox Movie Channel? Cropped instead of reduced?
