Satellite Locals Issue

All my satellite locals have an issue. Picture is all scrambled. Happening on both my H3+ and H3. OTA locals are working good. Any one else having the issue too?

Try calling the local station in question and inform them that the feed from their station to DISH uplink is scrambled and they need to call DISH engineer and inform them. You can also call DISH tech department and tell them.

Happening on all my satellite locals, not just an individual channel.

Since August 7th ALL my locals (Cincinnati) lost multi-channel audio (Dolby Digital). I verified the date and change by going back through the Prime Time Anytime Channels. I can verify the programs are in Dolby Digital because I can switch to OTA locals and see Dolby Digital with discreet channels. DIsh is only broadcasting 2 channels of sound on ALL locals in my market. I am wondering if it is more widespread than the Cincinnati market?

I am in the San Francisco market. I just checked all of my main local channels and each one has multi-channel on both Dish Locals and OTA locals. I have seen the 2 channel behavior on some of the the Dish locals in the past though.

Probably a fiber issue. Most if not all locals are not received via Fiber.
