Satellite Name Not Acquired

I have a 622 and a 722 hooked to a 1000.2. I was checking the SS and shows it just fine, but the bottom of the screen keeps showing Name Not Acquired. Both receivers show the same and a check switch and receiver reboot won't change it, unless I start changing satellites and tuner input with the remote a few times. The check screen shows no errors for the LNBF's and all values are normal. The counters screen also shows everything normal. No watchdogs or anything else out of the ordibary. I even swapped the seperators. Is that related to the L672/L631 software?

What is the satellite defaulting to when you first get to the point dish screen? Any error messages or anything when watching live tv?

It goes to the default correct satellite and transponder according to the channel currently viewed. It just doesn't get the name. Like on a local channel when I first go to point dish screen, it shows correct 129 and TP14. Just takes a while to show the signal strength. But it's been like that forever on the locals. Last week I got a los fake screen, but I heard others report that too.
