Got a problem and need some forum help.. I am using a HR22-100 and getting locals channels from NewOrleans. A few days ago I started getting the 771 on several channels and wanted to know if the channels that are going out could be tied to a bad b-band converter? All HD.

Here's the list: I think there are maybe 2 more

What are your signal levels on 99, 101 and 103?

99s 51%
99c 70%
101 95%
103s 0%
103ca 27%
103cb 27%

i was told by buddy who installed system for me that i might need a new dish since i am using one of the original 5lnb dishes

The 5-lnb dish is fine (assuming there is no LNB issues) but those signal levels are WAY LOW! Looks peaked to 101 but nothing else. All those levels should be at 89 - 91 at the lowest. Except for maybe 103s as you may not have anything coming to your area from it.

If you are in SoCal you may be able to get the numbers only to the low and mid 80's, but like Charper1 said, you should get them into the high 80's at least, if possible.
