SES-1 was launched in 2010 and was initially expected to retire around 2025. This may be the reason for low signal levels in some TPs. I am unable to find information about the replacement of 101W on Wikipedia.

I haven't either, any updates since September? Seems like 101W has ALOT on it for an old satellite.
