11760 is one of the strongest transponders on 103w KU. The SNR is 12.0dB for 11760 and a weaker 9.4dB for 11880. Not sure what your reported SNR readings are? RF level?

Something caught my eye that could possibly cause a problem. If the skew is not correctly set there are both horizontal and vertical polarity transponders on this frequency. The only difference between the carriers is that the Vertical MUX is CCM with a FEC of 5/6 and the Horizontal MUX is ACM with a FEC of 3/5. It is possible that a receiver could have problems logging this type of co-located carriers transmitted on opposing polarities.

Here is a plot showing both horizontal and vertical downlink polarities on 103w KU. Definately a strong and fat transponder!
 
The scans are crazy. I've attached 2 screenshots. The first image was taken from a scan tonight. It shows NBC Mountain scanned in but no COZI. And no NBC on 11880. The second image shows the NBC Mountain info - it shows 10760 instead of 11760 because I setup a Universal LNBF and edited the scanfile.dvb to compensate. Anyway, the third image shows info from a scan done several hours ago and shows that all of the NBC transponders scanned in with 11760 as the weaker signal.

This likely is related to the LNB type selection. If you are using Universal with low LO 9750, the switch point to high band LO is typically default 11700MHz. What frequency is the switch point set for?
