I just realized I'm now picking up KTLN68 (rf 47) quite well. That's 61 miles away, in roughly the same direction as KRCB22 (rf23), which is 73 miles. So, another 12 miles LOS shouldn't be too difficult!

A CM4228HD should do it. But, first, I'm gonna try tweaking the aim a scosche.
