Signal Quality is now Signal Margin?

I was rescanning for locals after the repack here. I then checked the satellite signal. Signal Strength hasn’t changed, but instead of “Quality”, it now says “Margin” on the bottom bar. It was 99, and now it’s 75. Is this signal-to-noise ratio?
 
Maybe they sent an update and changed the parameter or calibration of the meter. My signals are reliable.

Sunday I started my sub after I got the orby tuned in,, It was reading signal strength and signal quality. Monday I checked the signal and the menue changed to the one you posted and the signal readings dropped one reading 84 and other about 72. The receiver is still working the same with no dropouts. So I agree that they are using different readings. Also I noticed there was a software update on nov 17. I must of set my account up with the previous software version and the update occurred after the receiver started working. I set my account over the phone and it took about 45 minutes before the receiver activated and started playing.
