Sirius and XM Merger

Whatever happened to Sirius and XM merging? I thought this was going to happen.

I went with Sirius only for Howard Stern.
If they merge, you can be sure they will offer
tiered service, and Howard will not be in the $12.95 a month tier.
I will turn it off.

If they merge, they will share a few channels. All the rest will be the same, no change at all. Stern will not be a shared channel.
