SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO TO BE THE EXCLUSIVE SATELLITE RADIO BROADCASTER OF ARENA FOOTBALL LEAGUE
Will Broadcast Multiple Live Games Every Week, Plus Entire AFL Playoffs and ArenaBowl

NEW YORK – January 26, 2006 The Arena Football League and SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today an exclusive broadcast agreement that makes SIRIUS the Exclusive Satellite Radio Partner of the AFL.

SIRIUS - the leading provider of sports radio programming, broadcasting the play-by-play of more than 350 pro and college teams - will broadcast multiple live AFL games each week of the 2006 season, plus every game of the AFL playoffs and ArenaBowl XX Las Vegas. A schedule of opening weekend games on SIRIUS appears below.

Under the new agreement, SIRIUS, which broadcast an AFL “Game of the Week” last season, has the exclusive national satellite radio rights to AFL team radio broadcasts and will air regular-season games from every AFL team.
