Skip recordering

When we had 4 tuners being able to skip a recording so you could decide what was recorded today vs on on Tuesday. With 16 tuners I do not recall ever having an issue where I could not record everything. So now when I choose skip recording I want it to actually skip that recording and NEVER record it!

Your choices are to record only "new" showings, skip one showing (and pick up the next) or delete the timer entirely. Pick one.
