Skyvision DSR410 polarity issue

I am really stumped on this one.

I setup my DSR410 from Skyvision, put it on channel 204 and the satellite icon stayed red. I checked the strength meter and it said 20

I peaked the dish, swapped the LNB did all sorts but no joy.

Then, in desperation, I hooked the LNB through a Pansat unit and I got 92% on channel 204 - excellent! I changed the polarity using the Pansat and signal went away - aha!

Now that the unit has been subbed, the problem is affecting channels, for example Showtime East and West are on different polarities and I have to use the Pansat to switch the polarity to get programming.

Did I miss something in the setup?

i think some reported having to "rotate the lnb 90" in the setup menu.

It mentions a hidden menu accessed using 6-0 from the Options menu and changing the polarity from left to right - when I checked my unit, I don't have a polarity option
