It turned out great BTW those bowls are not small ones. We have put some way for a nice rainy day

Do you smoke your own ham? Picnic or "real?"

Haven't done a real/raw yet. I get the big picnics and smoke em for a few hours. What ever is left goes to a big pot of beans. Bone and all.
