I have been a voom customer for almost 3 weeks now. I have had 3 days of no service (Software Upgrade Problems) and now I have been charged twice for a service that I thought was free for a month.

Also I never recieved a bill or any form of notification that I would be billed and when it would happen.

Not normal at all but fixable. See this thread and send the email to Wilt.
