Can I use a splitter to backfeed a Joey with a rf modulator to a different tv? I have all single ran home run rg6 to a single location

you can back feed a picture signal along a the same line you use for satellite signal using a diplexer are you thinking of a setup like this

Well I just did some further searching and found that the MOCA network doesnt like diplexers so that idea is a no go.

Not with Hopper/Joey. It would interfere with the MoCA signals.

I read further into and you can only do that if you use both diplexers before the node.
Better do some more searching. One user confirmed that diplexers BEFORE the node also kills the moca signal even though it shouldn't.

It was confirmed (by 1 user anyway) that diplexing OTA before the node causes MoCA issues. Not sure if that is the case with everyone or just that 1 user. 1 user is a small sample size but I don't have the need/patience to test it for myself. That still leaves the question of whether or not a backfeed from an RF modulator diplexed before the node would give the same results. Probably yes, but we'll never know until someone tries.
