Sponsored Ads in Youtube Premium feed

[ncted]

I've started seeing sponsored ads in my YouTube feed. I pay for Premium to not see ads, so this sucks:

I have Premium Lite and the only time I see ads like that is for music content which it specifies in the Premium Lite description.

I haven't seen any ads like that, I'll keep an eye out for them.

Is it just in the feed as you scroll through videos, or are they in the videos themselves? I subscribe to Premium as well, and have never seen video ads being played in the video themselves.

In my feed, not during video playback.

Got it - thanks. I have seen that as well. Almost all the ads for me are tied to sports so they don't bother me as much being a sports fan. But yes, I have noticed some of those ads as well intermingled with the videos. But nothing as the videos are being played.

I turned on Ublock Origin, and that blocked them. I didn't used to need to have it on.
