What service are you using? If you are mirroring using coax then you can do as many TVs as you want. The only concern is getting a snowy picture after splitting it too many times, but that be fixed with an amplifier.

The downfall of using coax is that it limits you to SD programming in most cases. Are you planning on having HD on every TV?
 
Claude, why not use something like a Zee Vee box? Wouldn't that be more economical than placing an IRD at each box? I guess it would depend on how many tv's, the establishment, ect and what you are trying to do.
