The commercial dishes I've seen Dish use are just 90cm dishes, some with heating pads on them. Maybe HipKat knows?

And it doesn't say what opening angle / what needed illumination angle for the LNB. So a normal Ku LNB might not be optimal.

I've seen this kind of toroidal multifeed dishes with 'not normal' f/D ratios...

I designed a system with one of those dishes, although I wasn't present for the install. There were specific kits for Western and Eastern arc.
