Hi,

Is it possible to have a setup comprising a fixed dish with a standard fss lnb and a motorized dish with a universal lnb, both accesed and controlled by a single receiver???

I had a fixed dish at 85W (for sports feeds) tapped into the motorized setup with a diseqc switch...worked fine

Thanks for the replies!!! I wasn't sure on how to connect the switch (before or after the motor).

Some tweaking to do next weekend then!!! ;)

No problems adding a fixed dish to a motorized setup (or vice versa). I have had that configuration since the first motorized dish I installed in 2005. My very first FTA dish was a fixed 1 meter Channel Master (at the time on G-10R for the Equity channels, which are now sadly gone). That same dish is now on 125W, and is connected to the same switch as one of my motorized dishes.
